We provide three options for hotel bookings. If you know exactly where and when you want to go, this is complimentary. If you want to book it yourself, use the Well Placed Travel Booking Tool. If you prefer several options presented to you, a planning fee of $400 applies. All options come with VIP Benefits such as breakfast, welcome amenity, and upgrades when available through our Virtuoso and Preferred Partnerships.
Well Placed Travel delivers a suite of services to clients- from long weekends, stateside and international trips, group travel, retreats, multi-generational or corporate trips. Whether you require commercial or private airfare, hotel or villas, activities or excursions, transfers, we tailor the itinerary to your needs. Travel Planning fees apply and are based on complexity, such as duration, number of travelers and destinations, and proximity to departure date. Travel Planning Fees start at $850.
For clients who planned a full itinerary with us and require an extra level of care for restaurant reservations, spa appointments, tee times, theatre tickets or any other special request, we offer Concierge Services at an hourly rate.
