The Well Placed Travel VIP Booking tool means you can book yourself and still get the perks of an advisor booking like complimentary breakfast, upgrades on arrival, and late check out and more.

• Log into the password protected site. (Request the password via the link below.)

• Enter a location, city, or hotel name into the appropriate field.

• Add dates, number of guests, and the hotel rating for a doing a general search.

• Select the rate preferences. 

• Be sure to search for the Virtuoso and Avenue Two Select Suppliers to get the preferred partnership benefits like resort or F&B Credits, breakfast and upgrades if available.

• Once the hotel search completes, select 'Select Room' to view available rooms and rates. Select options like room type, bed type, and room categories to further refine your search.

• Once you see a room you like, select 'Add to Trip' and go to the payment page.

• If you have special requests, such as connecting rooms, please email Well Placed Travel so we can service your reservation appropriately.
